Ao gerar uma nota fiscal no bling, antes mesmo de autorizá-la, o pedido é arquivado no shopify. Depois de autorizada ao tentar enviar os dados fiscais pro Shopify, o bling diz que foi enviada mas o shopify não recebe. Sem logs claros de erro fica bem difícil.

Muitos problemas com exportação automática para a shopify, não atualiza preços e da erro muitas vezes.
