I installed the app, and it immediately asks for a login without giving me any option to create a username or password. This lack of a sign-up process makes the app completely unusable from the start, which is an extremely frustrating experience. I don't understand how I am supposed to use this app if there’s no way to set up an account or access it without existing credentials. To make things worse, I was already logged into my store and followed the link provided from there, hoping it would direct me to the correct login or account creation page within the app. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. I’m stuck at the login screen without any way to create an account or proceed. Even more frustrating, it seems the only way to get support is by leaving a negative review, as I reached out when this issue first occurred but never heard back. This reflects poorly on the management of the app, and it's disappointing that such a basic issue hasn't been addressed. Again, I installed the app, and it immediately prompts for login without any option to register a new account, rendering it useless. I would not recommend this app to anyone.
