AppHero has been exactly what I needed. The setup was straightforward and not complicated at all, and testing the app was easy and intuitive. I did run into an issue initially, but their support team was excellent. After submitting a support ticket and granting AppHero collaborator access, they quickly helped me pinpoint the problem. It turned out the issue was related to how we had our Shopify Markets configured, not the app itself. Once that limitation was removed, the app worked beautifully. Really impressed with both the product and the support so far. We’re launching our first promotion tomorrow, so I’m excited to see how it performs!

HeroApp has made adding and managing free gifts on our website incredibly easy. It automatically adds gifts to the cart based on set conditions, saving time and improving the customer experience. I spent hours searching for an affordable way to display a free gift card on my product pages. So many apps I tried didn't work. This one works like a charm and has a very smooth workflow. Super clean, fast, and easy to use.

Really awesome free gift app. It does exactly what it is designed for. One thing is almost unique: When you prepare an bux x get y free offer, you can set several articles as gifts, not only one. The customer can then select from these articles. Many good settings and it really works fine. Thank you!

I’ve been using this app for a short time, and overall it’s been a great experience so far. We did run into a technical issue, but their support team was very responsive and helpful. They resolved the problem within 24 hours, which made a big difference for us. Since the app is still new, there are naturally a few areas that could continue to improve, but the quick support and willingness to help definitely stand out. Looking forward to seeing how the app evolves.
