App continued to give people a free product even when they didn't hit the order total threshold. Customer service kept telling me nothing was wrong but I had multiple orders to prove something was wrong.

A lot of features and a lot of options! Covers a variety of promotions for an ecommerce shop. I encountered a bug with a promotion I couldn't close even after I deleted it, but is a new app so it is undestandable. I contacted the support and Rami form the team resolved it in a couple of minutes! I highly recommend.

Works as described. This should be a default Shopify feature. The only other thing I wish this app did was automatically add the free item to cart with out any customer interaction or having to click "Claim your free gift" button.
Thank you for your feedback. However, we do have an option to add the gift to the cart automatically as you described. To enable this, toggle the automatic add gift option at Content & Behavior > Gift Claim Popup > Style & Behavior. We've sent you an email with detailed instructions.
