A Completely Different Experience from What We Were Used To Working with Axon has genuinely changed the way we approach scaling our business. We've been running ads on AppLovin since November 2024, and it's consistently been one of our top-performing channels, especially during Q4, when we were able to scale ad spend aggressively while driving strong volumes of new users into our funnels. The team has been a 10/10 to work with, always available and responsive to any questions we've had.

After a 2 hour set up process, payment, pixel install and requests for help you are left with a repeating spammy message saying 'not available in your region, no timeline available for activation.' No response from support. Very poor and big waste of time.

Spent $300 so far with 0 conversions, and gives you no way to cancel other than emailing support. Very scammy

Very confused by the app and what exactly did I do to get suspended... not very clear on whats going on.

If the platform hasn't launched yet, there shouldn't be a registration portal.

We have ads on facebook, taboola, pinterest, tiktok and google. We downloaded the app and connect to our axon account. We got disabled immediately, They took 10 days to tell us we got permanently disabled. No reason given, no ads launched, just the connection made. I give them 1/5 star because i cannot give them 0/5.

Kept seeing ad after ad on meta for this software so decided I'd give it a try, took a while just to be able to sign up, but finally got it working and went to install, the pixel won't connect to my store, gives me an error "Invalid value for type in block 'product_upsell_jNmgXm'. Type must be defined in schema." Sent to support 2 weeks ago, they responded a week later saying to uninstall and re-install and try again, lol, did that, still same error. Still waiting on support to escalate this to a developer like it should have been. If they resolve the issue or at least give me a real response I'll revise/update this review.

Platform blew through entire budget in a matter of one hour. Support admits that their platform is "volatile" in the beginning. So the paying customer suffers?! They also replied to my review saying "reach out to support." I already did and got no reply. Thanks for that generic response.

Seamless and easy to integrate

Easy integration and set up. The team is very helpful in the onboarding process and has always been around to help with any questions, but this app has made the integration quite easy!

Install was really easy and the team have been helpful in getting us up and going. Excited to have this much easier to install and maintain option for the pixel.
