I'm a new Appointify user, and I'm extremely happy with my experience thus far. Having experienced multiple booking apps with shopify, and after sticking with one for 2yrs, I feel like I'm a little picky about how I want to move forward. This app has exceeded my expectations thus far, and when I did have a question, I received prompt and professional support, even though it was the middle of the night for my support tech. He was friendly and patient, and even if the app wasn't perfect, which it seems to be, I'd probably stay just because of the service.
