Annie was wonderful to deal with. I installed the app pretty seamlessly, though there were a few customisations that i wanted to take place on the store. After a call with Annie, she quickly opened a ticket for the tech team to action my requests and edit the booking flow to be as per my request. Really appreciate the effort the team went to :)

Good app, works well with any theme and easy to set up appointments but only issue is there is no option to select products in bulk.

Exactly what we needed ... This is a gem of an application if you are adding a rental service in your store .. Furthermore , the customer service is sooo good..The agent Siddharth helped me whenever i needed solutions. Thumbs up!!

Rahul is really helpful and resolved my problems with the scheduling button really fast. Would recommend anyone who wants to integrate a booking system into their website.

I have been using Bookeasy for 1 week, but the technical support has been wonderful. I was looking for an app that would allow me to use line item properties alongside bookings and this one has been everything I dreamed of. Shoutout to Rahul and Kavishan for being my best store collaborators.

This app has changed my life, so simple and I just get consultations booked effotlessly, I just check my diary the night before and its all done - Siva, was a great help, I needed to check that my google calender was auto pulling my appointment through and he was super efficient.

We have this app on 2 of our stores at the moment and it seems to be working well for what we need. Anytime i have needed assistance it has been quick and painless. i look forward to seeing more features added in the future such as automatic timezone conversions.

I have been using Bookeasy for 6 months to manager appointments for a spa and service based boutique that uses Shopify for e-commerce and product management. I recently had an issue with a double booking and Sudhan was very helpful in finding a solution. I really appreciate that you can book time to chat live with a representative to help you with Bookeasy.
