Scheduled a zoom appointment for some additional help and the customer service was amazing. Annie was helping me out today and they were very kind and helpful. I was also new to the app and they guided me through a lot of the features bookeasy has to offer. They saved me a lot of time explaining everything in a short call session.

I have been using this app for my store which almost functions like a services market place with 100s of different appointments. Despite the load and complexity, Bookeasy works like a charm! This is a simple yet amazing product. The whole team is also open to feedback and helps out if a new feature is required. All the best to Team Bookeasy.

I had a very specific request and reached out via chat to see if my booking feature could be embedded on a page rather than linked to a block on the landing page. Annie was able to help create what I was looking for making it convenient for me to share with only those that need the link to the page. Annie was so easy to work with and very thorough in understanding my vision and what our needs are as a non-profit Youth Hockey League. Very quick to respond and make things happen. The app is pretty easy and straight forward to use as well. Another PLUS!

Annie was wonderful to deal with. I installed the app pretty seamlessly, though there were a few customisations that i wanted to take place on the store. After a call with Annie, she quickly opened a ticket for the tech team to action my requests and edit the booking flow to be as per my request. Really appreciate the effort the team went to :)

Exactly what we needed ... This is a gem of an application if you are adding a rental service in your store .. Furthermore , the customer service is sooo good..The agent Siddharth helped me whenever i needed solutions. Thumbs up!!

Rahul is really helpful and resolved my problems with the scheduling button really fast. Would recommend anyone who wants to integrate a booking system into their website.
