I have been using this app for my store which almost functions like a services market place with 100s of different appointments. Despite the load and complexity, Bookeasy works like a charm! I had a very specific request and reached out via chat to see if my booking feature could be embedded on a page rather than linked to a block on the landing page. Annie was able to help create what I was looking for making it convenient for me to share with only those that need the link to the page. Annie was so easy to work with and very thorough in understanding my vision and what our needs are as a non-profit Youth Hockey League. Very quick to respond and make things happen. The app is pretty easy and straight forward to use as well. Another PLUS!

Annie was wonderful to deal with. I installed the app pretty seamlessly, though there were a few customisations that i wanted to take place on the store. After a call with Annie, she quickly opened a ticket for the tech team to action my requests and edit the booking flow to be as per my request. Really appreciate the effort the team went to :)

Exactly what we needed ... This is a gem of an application if you are adding a rental service in your store .. Furthermore , the customer service is sooo good..The agent Siddharth helped me whenever i needed solutions. Thumbs up!!

I have been using Bookeasy for 1 week, but the technical support has been wonderful. I was looking for an app that would allow me to use line item properties alongside bookings and this one has been everything I dreamed of. Shoutout to Rahul and Kavishan for being my best store collaborators.
