BookX Appointment Booking App

Before launching booking services on our site, I tried a number of popular apps. Bookeasy is the only one that was able to fulfill all the requirements and work as intended. The customer service has been excellent, especially from Pragatheesh!

We have a small resort in Minnesota and this is our second year offering boat rental so we wanted to integrate an online booking system that our guest can use to choose a rental time slot and pay online. This app has been a great experience and with the help from Vignesh S R, we have been able to customize it to our boat rental needs. During several Demo/Set up call with Vignesh who been guiding us through the best approach to configure it since we were getting some double bookings at first. They are a new appointment booking app so they are still continue to develop additional advanced options that we look forward to seeing in the near future. Great experience so far.

The app works perfect for what i need, the support team Sudhan was amazingly quick and resolved all the issues i had all in such a short period of time. So far so good! I was looking for a simple app to add appointment booking to my website so I can have multiple people sign up for a single time for trainings and Q&A sessions. This works great for where I'm at right now. Had a couple layout issues and a technical issue with my site, but Bookeasy support was great and helped me out quickly.
