Great easy to use app and good customer service. I tried a lot of different apps but this is the best because it allows you to just have a consultation without a fee or Shopify product.

I just installed this App 1 hour ago to create an easier process for our workshops. Since we are actually selling workshops as "products" on Shopify, I was searching for a better solution for myself, my colleagues and most importantly for my customers. I've read all the positive ratings and decided to give it a try... AND I'M SHOCKED! By mistake I did click on the "Get started with support"-button and I do not regret it. Pragatheesh (Support) was instantly there to help me. He did an amazing job, so that I could instantly run my first product via BookX! So happy now! Whoever is looking to upgrade his/her Shopify for bookable services, I can recommend you BookX by 1000%. Everything is working instantly, they have a great handbook and the support is just overwhelming. :)))

First of all, I want to express my huge thanks to the support team, especially to Nithish Kumar. He helped me figure out all the setup questions (and not only those) in a super detailed and clear way. As for the BookX service itself — I wish the team to keep developing this app. It’s honestly awesome, convenient, and simple to use — plus, as I understand, there are a bunch of new features coming soon. All in all, I’m really happy with it and switching away from Sesami )) Sorry Sesami, but… that’s how it goes.

Ich hab nach einer App gesucht, die keine Produktbezogenen Terminbuchungen macht, sondern einfach normale Beratungstermine. Das Setup war leicht verständlich und es funktioniert toll. Ein ganz großer Pluspunkt geht an den Kundensupport. Kavishan hat mir sofort geantwortet, ist mit mir alle offenen Punkte durchgegangen und hat mir überall weitergeholfen und alles umgesetzt. Das nenn ich Service! Vielen Dank!

Jan was absolutely amazing. I had some questions and was really lost. She was extremely patient, friendly and knowledgeable. The app has been amazing and we have really been able to taylor it to our business. I'd highly highly recommend them!
