After testing four other booking apps on the Shopify App Store, I stumbled upon Bookeasy, and it immediately stood out as the best choice. The previous apps I tried were lacking in various functions, failing to meet our requirements. However, Bookeasy exceeded my expectations. The app is incredibly intuitive and offers remarkable flexibility, allowing seamless adjustments tailored to our specific needs. What sets it apart is its versatility in enabling bookings with or without a linked Shopify product, a feature that proved invaluable for our purposes. I must commend the exceptional support team. I recently scheduled a setup meeting with Febin, who adeptly addressed all my inquiries. Thanks to his assistance, our Shopify website now operates seamlessly. For anyone seeking a reliable booking app, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Bookeasy a try.

Febin was the most patient, clear and straightforward guy I literally ever worked with in any type of customer service setting. Absolute gem! EDIT: I needed some more assistance and Rahul helped me this time. Friendly, knowledgeable, smart. This company seems great. I will always see if they have a product before I try anything elsewhere!

Absolutely great app! offers something you can't get directly from shopify while being comletely free. And im absolutely blown away by the support they provided. I was stuck with something and did'nt have any other option than reaching out for help, and they came in so clutch! helped me right away, done some custom coding and made it work.

I recently downloaded this new app to assist me in booking appointments for my jewelry events. However, I found myself completely lost on how to navigate it. So, I decided to reach out to their customer support, and to my surprise, they responded promptly. I was already impressed with their quick response. Two individuals, Febin and Siva, ended up assisting me. I had a Zoom call with Siva, which turned out to be a much faster way to resolve my queries compared to typing. Overall, I am really pleased with the excellent customer service and support provided.

Febin was very helpful in answering my questions and demonstrating the features of Bookeasy. I was not able to bring the service or booking button to my homepage but he has assured me that the bookeasy team can do this for me through their back end of the app! I’m excited to see how it turns out!

This app has been really easy to set up and the customer service so far has been excellent. Today i was assisted by Rahul who took the time to edit a few things, explain more options i can use and taught me howe to use them.

La aplicación es bastante intuitiva, aún por pocos conocimientos es muy fácil de instalar y configurar, aunque, lo mejor es el sistema de atención. Tuve un pequeño problema al configurarla en mi web, pero en menos de 24Hrs ya me habían ayudado a solucionar dos requerimientos que pensé que no lograría. Agradezco mucho la ayuda, realmente una muy buena aplicación!
