This app helps to streamline the dropshipping process. When we discovered a problem with a supplier invoice we used the chat where we instantly chatted with a real person. They took the time to understand the issue, asked a member of their team when the query was out of their area of knowledge and they came back very quickly with a solid answer. They also admitted that there had been a mistake on their end and didn't try to cover up or pass it off. They just got on with fixing it.
