Excellent Customer Support! I’ve been using Appstle for my subscription service and have been very happy with it. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed help setting something up, their support team has been incredibly quick to respond, friendly, and genuinely helpful. And even offer helpful tips to make my website even better! They take the time to understand what I’m trying to accomplish and make things easy to figure out. It’s reassuring to know that when I have a question, I can reach out and actually get helpful support without waiting forever. Great app, excellent service, and a support team that really seems to care about their customers. Highly recommended!

While I haven't fully rolled this out yet, I have had a GREAT experience with the service team to help set this up. So far so good!

I am new to the Shopify environment, and this support staff stayed in a chat with me for two hours to help me configure everything I needed!

A stable and reliable app with many useful features for both pickup and delivery. Although the app is relatively new, it already feels well-designed, versatile, and has great potential for further development. The fact that it is free is also a huge advantage. The support team is very professional, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommended!

Alan is great to work with, I am hopeless with technology and he is always quick to step in and help with any requests I have. I would not have been able to get my bookclub up and running without him.

While I was talking with Appstle support, my Shopify account was compromised. Approximately $4,500 was transferred from my Shopify account, and there was a later attempt to make about $2,500 in charges on my Shopify credit card. Shopify locked my account for suspicious activity, and the incident remains under investigation. The timing has left me with serious concerns about my experience.
UPDATE: 1. Per screenshots shared by merchant with Shopify and Appstle, the unlawful activity happened via merchant's own sign in credentials, and not Appstle's collaborator account. 2. The timestamp of the unlawful login was before Appstle had any collaborator access to the merchant's store. 3. Per Shopify restrictions for collaborators that the Shopify team shared as a part of the investigation, Appstle and other app partners CANNOT and DO NOT have access to merchant's credit card or finances. Only their staff do. Shopify is working with merchant on new login credentials and security. FIRST RESPONSE: This is Ria, the Co-founder of Appstle. We've conducted a thorough review. First and foremost, Shopify collaborator access is strictly limited to the permissions granted by the merchant. Based on Shopify's collaborator permission model, collaborators DO NOT HAVE ACCESS to a store's payment methods or the ability to add, modify, or use a merchant's credit card. That said, we'd genuinely like to understand what happened and help you get to the bottom of it. We take concerns like this extremely seriously and have started a high-priority ticket with Shopify to investigate this ASAP. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime at [email protected]. We're committed to understanding what occurred and resolving this matter as quickly and transparently as possible. We are there for you every step of the way.
So far this app has helped our customers more actively select the delivery method (or pick up) that best fits their situation. We haven't had any issues with integrating it into our site and I do have to say the customer service has been fantastic.
