The design process of the app is very user friendly, I love the features and options that make it easy to navigate and the app really reflects my website which is great for branding. The app submission process was also very easy - no coding and they helped make it painless. Great customer service so far.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. customer service was great until I needed to cancel. my shop has been shut down for months and they would not downgrade my plan or cancel my plan without many loops and took so long to get back to me. I spoke to so many people before anything. I am still trying to cancel the app and ive still been getting charged for 3 months now with them going back and forth with me. I don't understand why they would not just cancel the app for me. Least they could do is look back at our messages and my requests and refund my $200 for 3 months. such terrible customer service. im disappointed.
