Switched from tapcart to apptile, communication is very responsive as we use slack and they form a channel, so we can communicate at all times.

I have been using it since it was first launched. There were many problems at the beginning, but now their functions are becoming more and more complete, and there are fewer and fewer bugs. It can already meet most of the needs. I have tried many app makers, and this one is the best.

We choose Apptile over other Shopify mobile apps because they were able to do wholesale pricing that was a must for our app. There were quite a few problems at first but over time they fixed all of those problems and the app is working as we needed it to now.

The Apptile team is extremely helpful when getting everything set up. They answered my many, many questions and even scheduled a Google Meet to help me walk through some of the technical stuff. The app itself is very easy to use - plug & play. We are excited to have this app available for our customers!
