Apricot Post Purchase Survey

I'm excited to see the launch of Apricot surveys. I've been doing an extensive review over the past several weeks, and I see lots of promise. They've been incredibly responsive in terms of making the changes I've proposed to make it work for my use case. I'm also enthusiastic about their rapid pace of improvement. I've had one of their surveys in live use for the past few weeks, and so far, so good!

Apricot Surveys has been a great experience so far. The setup was easy, and I was able to create and publish my survey without any issues. I suggested a feature that was missing, and the team actually added it within a day! Plus, the support is great and very responsive.

Really easy to set up and use. I like that I can create different types of surveys, not just post-purchase ones. The interface is simple and the analytics are helpful for understanding customer feedback. So far, it’s been a great addition to my Shopify store.

This is a very well-designed Shopify app. A lot of Shopify apps have confusing onboarding, but the setup here is clear and easy to follow, you don’t need much effort to understand it, it took me less than 10 minutes to install the app and create the first survey form. Plus, they have great support!
