The Aramex app has been super easy to use. Really clean, simple, and straightforward. I love that I can compare courier rates and choose the best option without having to jump between different tools. A special mention to Andrew, who went above and beyond to help me get everything set up. He not only supported me with the app itself but also connected me with the right person at Aramex to sort out what I needed for my account. Exceptional service.

Revised review: We have been contacted by the app developer. They are eager to support, seems very kind. As per them, they are not directly affiliated with Aramex by any means of Aramex business regardless this app is promoted by Aramex itself on Aramex Australia website. The app is easy to use and seems to be working without any issues. Only small feature found missing is 300gms satchel option which you can find on Aramex website directly. Overall 5 start to this app, but not to Aramex business for sure. Read before about Aramex Australia Shipping rates four more info. Original review: At first, Aramex offered very low prices, which seemed great. However, for the same item and delivery address, the price later increased to about 1.5 to 2 times the original quote. It feels as though their system offers cheaper rates initially to attract new customers, then raises prices later. This approach is similar to the dynamic pricing strategies used by companies like Uber, Airbnb, and major airlines. I plan to monitor prices for a few more days. If the higher rates continue, I will uninstall the app and return to using Transdirect, which still provides cheaper Aramex rates than Aramex’s own platform. This experience has been quite disappointing.
