Aramex ‑ shipping app

Very poor support using this app. The links connecting to shopify keep breaking, there is very poor error messaging, and no way to figure out what to fix next. There is no live chat support or no one you can reach out to for solutions except try and try and try to the point of frustration. alternatively you can uninstall and re-install hoping that works but all to no avail - a lot of time waste with this Aramex Shopify App.
Most disappointed as the app does not prepare invoice with HS code, which is a requirement for ARAMEX. We ended up not using ARAMEX service nor the app. Hope this can be rectify soonest.
