I couldn’t use the app because I got stuck in a loop of selecting a plan. Even though I select one, it doesn’t let me leave that page — it’s pretty stressful.

We have been using this app for a couple of months. Easy to setup, does exactly what we require. We've had one small bug and the support was fast and fixed it quickly. 5-star!

I really enjoy using the Arrives By app in my online store. It’s incredibly intuitive — you don’t need to be a tech expert to figure it out. There’s no need to dive into hundreds of complicated rules; everything just makes sense. At the moment, the app’s functionality fully meets my needs, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. Thank you, Trevor!

I searched for a long time for an app where I can set different delivery dates for different variants of the same product. The app works great and is very easy to use. However, I am still missing an option to set the restock date. The product is manufactured in another country, and our warehouse is restocked once a month. It would be great to add this specific date, similar to how it works on Amazon. This way, customers can purchase the product knowing in advance that it will arrive at our warehouse in, for example, two weeks, and this time automatically decreases each day.

Fine for basic inventory needs but lack's the ability to create complex rules. Really only suitable for business's that only sell stock they physically hold on hand. You can't adjust the display text by individual rule. Can't adjust the "Out of stock" lead time by individual rule (Can't display different lead times for different drop ship suppliers) Doesn't hide the widget for greyed out variants on products page ("Out of stock/Inventory 0" AND "Continue selling when out of stock" disabled. We don't want to display a lead time for products that can't be physically purchased on our site. Geolocation is US only, doesn't work for New Zealand.
Thank you so much for this feedback, it's incredibly helpful for improving ArrivesBy. Some of these features you mentioned: out of stock lead time by rule, better controls for widget hiding are going to get prioritized and released ASAP. We want to make offer great support for dropshippers and this feedback will help make it happen. Geolocation support for NZ (and other countries) is also on the roadmap and coming soon!

The app functions great on my store and I am highly impressed with how quick the developer fixed a bug where the estimated delivery date would not update for items that have been left in a customers cart for multiple days. I have tried other estimated delivery date apps and they all had that same issue. But this app has finally solved it so I am satisfied.

Works great. This is the only app I could find that allows you to set a unique estimated delivery date to each variant.
