We switched to Artelo for easier, cost effective and high quality prints which is exactly what we got. Artelo have allowed up to up our quality but also keep more profit. They have super customer service from Daniella and a super simple ordering system. Highly highly recommend them to anyone.

Working with Artelo and Uri has been amazing. From the start, they genuinely care about delivering the best services possible. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and you can tell they take real pride in what they do. I have worked with many POD providers in the past for my brand, and I can confidently say Artelo is the only company that consistently ensures every order is properly fulfilled. The quality is top-notch, and the best part is that everything is produced out of the same facility, so the products and quality stay consistent across every single order. Unlike most POD companies that outsource to multiple suppliers with different standards, Artelo handles every step of production in-house, which is a huge difference. Pricing is honestly very good compared to other providers, especially on framed posters. They use high-end printing technology which gives everything a premium feel. The custom branding they offer on every order is amazing. The unboxing experience alone sets Artelo apart from other POD companies. Uri onboarded my brand quickly and seamlessly and made sure everything was set up correctly from day one. The platform itself is easy to use and navigate, and the integrations with Shopify make everything run smoothly. This app is very well-designed, and the founder is a pleasure to work with. The customer service is excellent, and the features are comprehensive, covering nearly everything I need. It’s clear they are focused on quality. Update As I transition over to Artelo, I’d like to share a few points from my experience and comparisons with other POD platforms. Downloadable mockups – These are very important. Artelo provides beautiful PSD templates but manually making mockups takes too much time. As a result I limited my framed options. I would also like to know whether the frame overlap is .25 or larger in order to be able to adjust borders. Template functionality – The current template setup feels limiting. Often, once I start creating a product, I notice design issues and end up abandoning the template. It would be much more efficient if I could create a simple template (e.g., an 8x10 white frame) and link it directly to every corresponding variant vs. a full comprehensive setup. Frames – I’d love to see more frame options, particularly colored and traditional frame designs, as they better complement my artwork. Frames could also be a real differentiator for a POD, since most options on Etsy are limited to black, white, or oak. Shipping costs for bulk orders – While this isn’t an issue for drop shipping the shipping goes up by a $1 per print. If I purchase in bulk to sell locally, the shipping costs make it less competitive though there is a discount with ten. This is a fantastic app. The owner is smart, attentive, and clearly committed to continuous improvement, which makes me excited to keep using it.
