i have used arts add for years, i have not had any problems. the shipping is on point. the quality of products is above and beyond. most items pricing is fair. only wish offered more up to date fashion bags offered

Absolutely love all the options for AOP and being able to easily design inside the custom lab. Prices are great and there are many options for shipping. They have printing factories in numerous locations and have over 200 products in USA which I Love. Customer service is really good I am so glad I found this supplier

It has been the best POD partner so far. But it has been having multiple issues lately, with orders placed in Shopify not being transferred to my ArtsAdd account and showing as 'Fulfilled' when they have not even been processed. My requests for help have been ignored so far.

My experience over the last 4 years with ArtsAdd has been mostly positive. I like that they assign you a customer service person, who you can email if there are issues. They are usually very responsive. The only thing that I find that they are lacking on is when items are lost in transit, which is rarely, they are slower to refund and ask you to wait weeks for a full refund. Quality has been consistent. I wish their packaging was a bit better because items sometimes arrived with dents from being shipped in plastic bags with no reinforcement.
