Arxos

We have been running Denali Canning on Arxos since it's release. The inventory timeline chart has been the BIGGEST help for us. It shows what is coming in and when, and it has kept our best sellers in stock (which we had a lot of issues tracking timelines, production and delivery up to this point and caused tons of customer support headache from inaccurate lead times to shipments to those customers). The AI support side has been a big step up too. We still have our customer service team (we have an amazing team), but Arxos learned from our past conversations and turned them into ready answers and FAQs. We grew about 3-4x in inquiry volume since the past year, and had issues hiring amazing members on our team, but now our team can deliver answers to more customers, at lightning response times. Customers get help sooner and they are happier for it, and we have seen that show up in sales and retention with tons of repeat buyers. It gets close to running the business on its own while we do the oversight. New reporting and analytics are rolling out apparently, with the detail you need to show investors or plan the next stage of growth, that's one of the coolest things Arxos is working on. We pay for Arxos monthly as well as the upgrades like additional AI resolutions, and it seems to be the most efficient way to scale our customer service and inventory without headaches we previously faced when scaling. Disclosure: we have partial interest in Arxos, because we helped teach the team behind it exactly what we were looking for in regards to features, but we still pay for it as any customer would without discounts and would still highly recommend it to any 6-figure and 7-figure businesses scaling on shopify.
