Absolutely love this app. Finally, no more calls to my personal phone number. Looking forward to some more voices though. The team mentioned they're already working on more complex workflows. Can't wait!

Really easy to get started. We had a bunch of test calls, and it performed really well. You can also set up call transfers for when the customer needs to talk to a human representative, which is super important for us. There's still some work regarding agent training, but overall, I highly recommend it.
