Had really high hopes for this app because the concept was honestly perfect for my store. Installation was advertised as simple with a one click setup, so I installed it expecting a smooth process. Instead, I immediately ran into errors and issues getting it to work properly on my website. I contacted support and waited around an hour before hearing back. They investigated and eventually told me the issue was caused by some custom code on my store, meaning their installer could not locate the correct snippet automatically. Fair enough, these things happen. The problem was what came next. I was then told I would need to complete the installation manually myself. They provided very comprehensive instructions, but for anyone who is not a developer they were extremely confusing and intimidating. I explained that I did not want to break anything on my live store and politely asked if they could help me with the manual installation process. The response was basically: sorry, because this requires manual work, it is your responsibility. Another support agent later joined the chat and said they would check with their team and get back to me. Then they instantly went offline and have now been offline for over 6 hours with no follow up at all. That was the most frustrating part. I did not expect free custom development, I just needed some guidance and reassurance installing their own app safely. Instead, I felt completely abandoned as a new customer. Honestly, it ended up being a blessing in disguise because I found another very similar app afterwards that actually helped me through the installation issues properly. The app idea itself is great, but the support experience completely ruined it for me.
good app, very helpful. however pricing is very high, could not use it longer.
