We were after a real conversational AI search and chatbot for our store. After testing multiple AI apps, we were lucky to find this one and this awesome team (especially Sowmiya who made sure our requests were processed on time!). We went live today hurraay!! The app ticks off many boxes for us (and I'm sure it will for you too) - Real AI search, AI chatbot with controlled settings and config options, international pricing, product page widget, handover to shopify inbox and many more. Like any app, it require some tweaks, the dashboard needs a bit of a UI uplift - perhaps an onboarding tour (a few settings were tricky to find at first), but the support is so fast it didn't matter. Definitely give it a go!

I had an issue and rajkumar right away helped me and was patient every step this app is amazig and solves basic customer service questions customers may have.

I would like to thank Siva and his team for all their help with the onboarding process. They listened and answered all of our questions. The standout part of everything is that he wouldn’t end the meeting until everything on his check list was completed and working perfectly.
