AskUs: Product Q&A and FAQs is a Shopify App that allows ecommerce merchants to answer product questions and manage brand FAQs directly from their store admin. The app brings product questions, searchable answers, and brand FAQs into a customizable widget on the storefront, providing shoppers with clear answers without leaving the product page. Merchants can manage questions in one inbox, save answer drafts, control published content, and import existing Q&A from CSV files.
