Hi there, apologies for the bad experience however, as I have mentioned in our conversation, we don’t send collaborator requests when unnecessary. It is sufficient to use a visitor password to access your storefront and help you with your query. Happy to help further if you share your visitor password to your storefront. Best!

We have been using this cross-sell app for months. It's incredibly easy to use and seamlessly integrates additional product offerings. The interface is sleek and simple, and the widgets design look great too! Yusuf, their customer support is always responsive, friendly, and ready to help with customisations or any questions, often replying within minutes.
