Assortion: Upsell & Bundles

I was charged $20 for a “1 usage fee” even though I uninstalled the app within the trial period. I contacted customer service through live chat to request a refund, and the representative said he would ask the billing department to process it. However, one month later, I still haven’t received a refund. I don’t understand how this app has a 4.8/5 rating with such poor business practices.

This is by far the upsell app on Shopify, it can do all things. It can also be used for markets if you are selling in more countries. You can customize almost everything, and the support is active all hours of the day. This is by far the best app we have ever tried on this platform.

Det kan deres app klare helt perfekt. Virkelig gode anbefalinger til andre funktioner også. ER DER NOGEN SOM KAN FORTÆLLE HVORFOR JEG IKKE KAN TILGÅ APPEN OG HVORFOR DEN IKKE VIRKER?
