Great app and support - Highly recommended app for creating add-ons and options

I have a complex store setup and required this app to make a subscription app work as a product upsell. Support has been very helpful in customizing and making sure this complexity works smoothly. My respect to Yusef, who has been most helpful and professional!

Overall, we are satisfied with this system. It is as close as we can get to our ideal solution, and it will likely be perfect for most companies. The support team is always quick to respond and very helpful. We hope to see more updates and additional features for this app in the future. ~ Update, Yusuf and his team pulled magic out of their hat, and now everyone on the association has access to the most robust product addon system. This app has been great. Not only is their support very helpful, but the app itself has greatly increased the Average Order Value for our store. Would recommend.

I was charged $20 for a “1 usage fee” even though I uninstalled the app within the trial period. I contacted customer service through live chat to request a refund, and the representative said he would ask the billing department to process it. However, one month later, I still haven’t received a refund. I don’t understand how this app has a 4.8/5 rating with such poor business practices.
