The app is always under maintenance or updating where it causes problems my store. Although the support team isn't available all the time when they do help they are very professional and efficient at troubleshooting the issue. unfortunately it is too many continue issues causing me to lose the possibility of sales cause the app that I pay for isn't working correctly. Great service but the app needs some things to be worked out before charging people for it.

Great UI/UX, best I could find after months of searching; not at all complex to set up or use compared to other apps. Support is amazing and fast.

I've been using this app now for over a year and I am very happy with it. I use product addons and frequently bought sections throughout my product pages to cross-sell similar and complementary items. Yusuf has been very helpful and attentive, he is open to feedback and suggestions which is leading to him constantly improving the app. Very happy user.

This app is so so perfect for my business. Since its install it has contributed to 20% of my store sale & cart value has increase by 20% YUSUF is a star & a champ!!! Every issue is sorted in a minute Love it

Easy app to use for cross sells, and reasonably priced! It took no time to setup and is compatible with all the various themes we are using. Also, anytime I'm having an issue, Yusuf is quick to answer to offer support and even ideas on how to make the most of the app features. I strongly recommend. UPDATE: Adjusting from 5 to 3 stars While the app is easy to use and well-priced, with quick setup and great theme compatibility, we've encountered several recurring issues over time. Analytics can be unreliable, some core features occasionally stop working and need to be reported to support, and we’ve had problems with the post-purchase widget displaying out-of-stock items. There have also been periods where the app has gone down for a few hours. To their credit, the support team is responsive and takes feedback seriously, often resolving issues quickly. However, the frequency of these problems has made it less dependable than we initially experienced. If the reliability improves, it could easily return to a 5-star product. For now, it’s functional with good support but expect to monitor it closely.

This is an easy-to-use app that helps customers find the things that work with the item they are purchasing. It's easy to use but if you need support they are there for you and respond within minutes. I highly recommend this product if you have items that you want to bundle together or want to suggest purchasing with other items.

I've been using this app for over a year and the increase in saves definitely covered the costs of using the app. It's very easy to use and it now has new widgets for upsells. Also very fast support. Enjoying this app so far. I was considering to switching to another app that also had bundles, but this one + the free Bundles app from Shopify basically cover everything you'd need for great bundled offers and upsells.
