The app was working fine, but after some time, we couldn’t open it. It didn’t add the option to the cart or checkout. Customer support isn’t responding over live chat, email, or phone calls. Don’t waste your time, as it doesn’t work.

It was amazing, but 4 days ago it just stopped working... Nobody answered, I don't know what really happened

So far so good... Within 24hrs of installing the Assurify Shipping Protection app I have had two customers purchase this protection, which I am pleased to see happen so quickly. It obviously taps into a need that some of my Customers have, and I am pleased to be able to offer this. In terms of support, I reached out today and asked about how I can offer more prominent Assurify branding across my store, and I was assisted promptly by a very friendly support person. I look forward to continuing my experience with the Assurify Team.
