We sell fabric which is in partial #s such as 1/4 yard and 1/2 yard. App makes it very easy to use and you just tag the items you want as not all our items are partial#s so the ones that don't need partial #s show up as whole numbers. We had some questions for the app developer and they responded with an hour each time and fixed the problem ASAP!! Highly recommend if you need partial#s!!
