4/14/26: UPDATE I was in contact with the Atomic POS team over the past couple of weeks since this issue arose. I'm the partner supporting the customer. The Atomic POS team was very communicative. They apologized for the lack of notice for product updates and appear sincerely regretful for causing the inventory problem. The customer team has quite a journey ahead of them to address the fix, but they are more confident that this won't happen again. I appreciate the responsiveness of the Atomic POS team in addressing this and making a plan to be more proactive in the future on product updates. Thanks Atomic POS. Initial review: My customer has been using this app since December and it solved a big pain point for them because they sell bulk products. They have an integration to Microsoft Business Central. However you recently updated your product and changed the field names and our integration broke. My customer didn't notice initially and then couldn't figure out what was causing the incorrect data, and by the time they asked me, it has been over a month of incorrect transactions. What is your communication strategy for updates like this? It's a simple change and we could have avoided a mess if we had advance notice?
