Personalize app is a great addition to our store because of the detailed data it provides about the anonymous visitors along with customers. We were able to increase conversion rate for anonymous visitors, which reduced our CAC by almost 20%. Absolutely love how seamless the integration was with our Shopify store. Within mins we had automated workflows running that target users based on real-time behavior - not just cart abandonment but also location specific campaings, product recommendations etc. For some of the usecases, I did get stuck in the options (configurations) but reaching our the team quickly resolved those issues as well. Overall super happy.

Great app for cart abandonment use cases and personalization. I also loved the data insights that the product offers, we were looking for some of those insights by stitching different data points from GA4 and shopify etc. Also, their support team is their tech team, which is great since they know the ins and outs of Shopify. They have also helped us in building a custom app for a specific use case. Overall, I only have great things to say. Congratulations, Attryb, you have built something that every Shopify store owner will find helpful.
