I can't say enough good things about the customer service. I've been using the Tipo auction app for around 2 years, and they haven't made a single noticeable update or implemented any requests I've made, while Brendan was super responsive and helpful, and customized several things I requested. US Based support vs Vietnam based with a 12 hour difference is also invaluable. The app is also very thought out, and has a lot of time saving features for being around less than a year. I'm told they have a collection page bidding widget coming, which our customers really missed when we tried out Auction Plus. I can't wait till they have it ready so I can start using this app again.
