MTLondon review for AUI Generative AI Agent

I installed this app because the features were exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately it does not seem to work on my store front. I tried it several times, even though it was saying that the agent widget was active it was not appearing anywhere. If you can assist with this I would be very grateful. Thank you
