We’re still growing, so budget matters. The free plan is a very good starting point and gives enough features to test properly. Nice to see a useful app without forcing payment immediately.

Instead of answering the same questions over and over about products, shipping, and availability, the AI handles many of them for us. It saves time so I can focus on running the business.

One thing I noticed is that it suggests related products naturally during conversations. We’ve had a few orders with extra items added, which is a nice bonus. Aurevia help increasing order value.

We’ve been using Aurevia on our business for a little while now, and it’s been genuinely useful. One thing I really like about Aurevia is how simple and clear the interface is. Everything is well organized, so it didn’t take long to understand how to set things up and make adjustments. The dashboard is clean, and the features are easy to find without confusion. Even without much technical experience, I was able to get it running and customize it to fit my store. It makes managing the AI and tracking conversations very straightforward.
