I've been using this app for a few weeks now and really appreciate how simple and intuitive it is. My only suggestion would be to make the full order details visible on the main screen, rather than requiring a click into a dropdown menu. This small change would make it much easier to quickly cross-check that the correct box size and label details have been selected, especially when working through multiple orders.

This app has literally saved us hundreds of hours. We no longer need to manually fulfill our AusPost orders, we just use this app instead. It prints the label, fulfills it, and even sends the customer the tracking code. Can't believe we went this long without it. Highly recommend it + the team behind the app have incredible customer support. Thank you!

The app was easy to set up and integrate with MyPost. There was very little friction to getting my first label printed, and this app really simplifies the fulfilment process without needing to add tracking numbers separately. Once the label is generated, the order is fulfilled and customer is sent tracking number.

So far this app has been great. Easy to use and has all the features I've been looking for when booking labels. The only thing I would suggest is fitting all the headings in one view, so you don't have to scroll across, but aside from that, it's great.

This app has been a game changer. We don't send out that many parcels and all the options we explored that offer anything similar to this app all cost way more money but having the ability to send out parcels as we need and then get features (automatic fulfilment) from one made our job so much easier. Thanks team for the amazing work! Also the team is great at responding to feedback and queries.

I have just used my Shopify app to fulfil my first online order. I found it to be very self explanatory and easy to navigate around. I have already had a phone call from a guy who I am now able to contact directly for assistance. So far, I amvery impressed with the service from both Shopify and Australia Post Business !

This app has been an absolute lifesaver—it's saving us hundreds of dollars every month! On the surface, it offers everything the other apps do, but where it really stands out is the support. I have changed from another App to this one as the customer service was amazing. Some of my products are sensitive and needed the description changed on international parcels from the item description to the postal code description to avoid any potential embarrassment to the customer. This was done very quickly and the install and connection was seamless. Very happy with the app and definitely more value for money than other apps that are similar.

Shubham is great to work with . He is really hard working. All the changes I wanted in the app he did according to my need and in timely manner. The support system is great. I'm definitely happy with the app. After installation, it asked me to connect to Australia Post Business, then it asks to confirm a few details, what size label you will be printing on, etc. Once done, you get a grid of all orders. You just make sure the right boxes are selected, shipping speed and whether you want to buy more insurance or signature services. When you go to the next screen, it shows you all the charges broken down, which I verified by double-checking the rates with Australia Post (same) and hit confirm and out came the two labels in a single doc, which was easy to print out. No more copy/pasting!!!! Woohoo! Now, one thing I do recommend doing before using this app is ensuring your addresses are correctly entered by your customers in the orders page. I hope they keep their free plan for us small businesses. I definitely will get the paid plan if we ever go over the 100 labels per month. Their support person Subham was very eager to help me out with the installation and ensuring I could use the app.
