I have changed from another App to this one as the customer service was amazing. Some of my products are sensitive and needed the description changed on international parcels from the item description to the postal code description to avoid any potential embarrassment to the customer. This was done very quickly and the install and connection was seamless. Very happy with the app and definitely more value for money than other apps that are similar.

Shubham is great to work with . He is really hard working. All the changes I wanted in the app he did according to my need and in timely manner. The support system is great. The app is very easy to use and prints all the labels the way I want. and saving me lot of time. I would highly recommend this app.

I'm definitely happy with the app. After installation, it asked me to connect to Australia Post Business, then it asks to confirm a few details, what size label you will be printing on, etc. Once done, you get a grid of all orders. You just make sure the right boxes are selected, shipping speed and whether you want to buy more insurance or signature services. When you go to the next screen, it shows you all the charges broken down, which I verified by double-checking the rates with Australia Post (same) and hit confirm and out came the two labels in a single doc, which was easy to print out. No more copy/pasting!!!! Woohoo! Now, one thing I do recommend doing before using this app is ensuring your addresses are correctly entered by your customers in the orders page. I hope they keep their free plan for us small businesses. I definitely will get the paid plan if we ever go over the 100 labels per month. Their support person Subham was very eager to help me out with the installation and ensuring I could use the app.
