Atomdot: Australia Post Rates
The Shopify App received mixed reviews from users. One user mentioned that the app was working well for several months until it suddenly stopped working, and despite reaching out for support, they did not receive a response. On the other hand, another user gave a positive review stating that the app calculates based on item weight but does not support package dimensions, making it more suitable for small items rather than boxed or bulky items.

Working great for several months till one day it just stopped working. "This site can’t be reached shipping.app.shopify.atomdot.com’s server IP address could not be found." Sent them an urgent email about the issue - no response. Tried uninstalling and re-installing. Same error message: "This site can’t be reached..."
It calculates only the item's weight basis, does not support package dimensions. may be suitable for small items but definitely not for the boxed or bulky items.
Thanks very for your feeback. We have included your concern into our app description and other customers can be aware of the limit. The limit is due to shopify's limitation that no dimension can be specified for products therefore no shipping rates can be calculated by dimensions. However, if the eParcel account has a cubic factor factored in, a work around is to specify the adjusted weight for products.
