Atomdot: Australia Post Rates
The reviews for the Shopify App are mixed, with one user experiencing a sudden stop in functionality and lack of response from customer support, resulting in a 2-star rating. On the other hand, a positive review highlighted the app's ability to calculate shipping based on item weight but noted its limitation in not supporting package dimensions, earning a 5-star rating.

Working great for several months till one day it just stopped working. "This site can’t be reached shipping.app.shopify.atomdot.com’s server IP address could not be found." Sent them an urgent email about the issue - no response. Tried uninstalling and re-installing. Same error message: "This site can’t be reached..."
It calculates only the item's weight basis, does not support package dimensions. may be suitable for small items but definitely not for the boxed or bulky items.
Thanks very for your feeback. We have included your concern into our app description and other customers can be aware of the limit. The limit is due to shopify's limitation that no dimension can be specified for products therefore no shipping rates can be calculated by dimensions. However, if the eParcel account has a cubic factor factored in, a work around is to specify the adjusted weight for products.
