Customer interaction is snappy and fast on the emails, longest I ever waited was about 12 hours (Sunday LOL). Great app for businesses needing to automate their purchase orders. Make sure to grab their API subscription so you can completely remove the human entirely from this process, and make it even MORE automated. Great app and functionality.
