no way am i paying 10 bucks a month just so i can set a damn shipping rate ;P
Hi, I am sorry you found the cost of the app prohibitive. Luckily, Shopify has built in settings for setting up shipping rates, which you can also customise to an extent. You can read about them here - https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/fulfillment/setup/shipping-rates. Our app is really built for good brands that want to invest in setting up accurate shipping rates for their stores to drive more conversions. Just like you won't sell the "damn" items for free on your store, we charge the price we deem fit for the value of services we provide and to cover costs for development, servers and customer support. IMPORTANT - the app does not automatically apply the shipping profile according to inventory rules when a product goes out of stock. To update the shipping profile based on inventory levels, a bulk sync from the app will be required We lost a lot of money bc of that
Hi, We are sorry for your loss. However, as already explained to you over email, the app DOES NOT claim to automatically apply shipping profiles to existing products. It only auto applies shipping profiles to NEW products that you create as CLEARLY MENTIONED in the app's description on the listing page. Request you to read the listings and features available in the app in detail first before installing apps and dropping negative reviews. Just imagine if someone drops a negative review for your products which you do not even claim to offer, how would you feel.

Asked for support but never received a response. Seems to be an issue with Shopify app developers. If you aren't going to support your app, don't make one, pretty simple.
Hi, We actually tried sending you email updates on your email multiple times. But everytime we got a message blocked error. See this link for proof. https://paste.pics/S2MMD This error usually means that your email sub domain is not configured correctly for incoming emails, which explains why you might have been missing emails from other app devs as well. Does exactly what it says it will do. Spoke with Customer Support/Developer about some questions and what they can do to improve the app. Response was quick, was very helpful, and was very opened to feedback. Excited to see this app grow. Highly recommended and saves a bunch of time! A++++
