Reviews Summary
The reviews for this Shopify App are mixed, with positive feedback on the look and functionality of the year/make/model feature. Users appreciate the helpful support team and assistance with data formatting. However, there are significant negative aspects highlighted in a 1-star review. The app appears to be in beta testing, with users experiencing issues such as missing features, errors in plate/vin lookup, data storage problems, and incorrect filtering algorithms. The lack of response from tech support after multiple notifications of problems led to frustration and ultimately uninstalling the app.

Highly recommended. The year/make/model feature functions very well, and the support team were very helpful throughout the process. Thank you for assisting with data formatting. Cheers guys

Appears to be in beta testing. Continually having to contact support to address features that don't work. Each time I received a response that said a new release was coming the following week to address issues or install some of the most basic needs of an app like this. There is no "universal" product option (supposed to be in an upcoming release), the plate/vin lookup returns error code (to be updated in upcoming release), there is no option to download data once installed (supposed to be available in upcoming release). Of major significance is that the data is stored in the Tags field and is never cleaned up by the system. That is to say, uploading a data file creates Tag entries. Deleting the data from the system does NOT remove it from the Tag field, so subsequent data uploads simply adds to the Tag field. I had products with up to 5 redundant entries in the Tag field. As there is no way to remove them in the app, I have had to download a mass data file (using Matrixify in my case) and manually remove all the garbage Tag entries this app made. Most importantly, the filtering algorithm does not return correct results in several conditions, which makes the app useless. I have now used up all 7 days, with 5 days worth of notifying tech support of problems. At this point they seem to have quit responding. I am uninstalling the app.
