I selected a theme and it loaded showing all of my inventory was showing sold out even though I have product. Also, I tried uninstalling and there was no luck. Someone please help me remove this bad coding.

There is a misunderstanding. You gave wrong review on the wrong app. This app cannot change inventory or sales channel. How is this related to Product Description? My app only works on product descriptions and it has nothing to do with my app. But if you want I can help you with inventory management feature of shopify.
