Excellent app, very good customer support, special thanks to Moria which helped me resolve many issues in my assets. They are very professional and patient. Moria even created a personalized loom video to help me better understand the app. It's crazy, I highly recommend this app !

I've been using the app for almost a year, first of all before the amazing results I have to mention their team, Moriah and Yael. Patient, creative, and genuinely sweet. The results are great, you can see a change in conversion rates. Almost everything is AB tested, without taking unnecessary risks. In short, a winning tool for businesses that want to grow.

Great app capability in terms of personalisation and upselling. Being able to integrate with Klaviyo and other apps opens a lot more personalisation potential too. Optimal design and set up can take some time - for best results you should have several assets and test what works. But the Dialogue team is always on hand to help with design and positioning. Our onboarding manager pretty much set us up with the essential assets. We just needed to add personalisation and choose the products that compliment each other. When we needed to boost AOV for Black Friday I was able to have a call with the team who provided ideas for what to try next and how we can improve. The prices are so good and better than competitors as well.
