Great app, its range of functions helped me solve a problem that couldn't be solved using standard methods. I also needed to contact support briefly, and within a few minutes I received very reliable assistance.

Works well and great support, answered quickly all weekend long as I worked a project and tried to figure out using the app.

Email invites were not sent to our customers, even though we had upgraded to their top plan. Site links was also translated to Russian for no apparent reason. No live support makes it difficult to get help, therefore it will be quicker to look at other solutions. Total waste of time and money.

This is a fantastic app when it works. There seems to be no reason to pay additional for bill invites when you can create a trigger to send out automatically for free. When we did use the bill invite a lot of the emails were not received from customers or they had issues with clicking the link because it was expired the same day. And yes they used the correct link because our company emails did not work either. But when it works it’s fantastic and saves much time.

Their app stopped my bulk email sent for unknown reasons! I emailed them and they took 4-5 days to reply to the email. The service is really disappointing. Not recommend it at all!

This app is really great. The pick list is an excellent feature, and the ability to automatically and bulk send account invites. Beyond that, the developers are incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make changes to the app that I requested. Very happy with them!

This app was great. When Nine West needed to migrate to Shopify Plus we started looking for an app to easily move over our customers and allow them to start shopping. WOTIO Account Invites Plus was exactly what we needed and did the job quickly and effectively! PLUS: Great support from Dev!

This app did exactly what it was supposed to and the support has been top notch. We migrated our websites recently and needed to re-invite hundreds of thousands of customers. This app did it in a matter of a few days and increase our active customer base by tens of thousands.

Does the job very well and Brian was great about follow-up for link styling. Needed this app after moving customers from Magento site to Shopify. If people missed the welcome email, they still had the chance to activate their current account vs. possibly being locked out. The perfect fix for a Shopify standing issue. Excellent app and excellent support! Only minus is that this feature ( automatic customer account invite ) isn’t already a feature in Shopify. That baffles me a lot. But that’s not Brian’s fault, obviously;) He did a great job helping out with link placement - thanks so much!

Awesome app. Did what it was supposed to and some. Highly recommend it. Only issue we ran into was the email used to send out the account invite, Make sure you set up a sanbox email before sending out the account invite bulk. Great customer service as well!
