Hello Vintage Team, We are sorry to hear that you found our app complicated and took time to set-up and we certainly would want to hear your feedback about where we can improve. From our records, you have tried our Free version of the Email app for about 10 minutes post which you uninstalled it from your store. Our app has a basic set-up & onboarding checklist which is quite user friendly and which is the first thing recommended when you install it for the first time. You also reached out to our support team regarding an account deletion request where we promptly shared the necessary steps to proceed however, we did not receive any further response, and the chat session was subsequently closed. We appreciate an honest feedback which helps us improve our app and services, however we feel that a 10minutes of trying out a Free plan is not sufficient time to get to know the product.
