It took me a while to get assistance via the customer service chat today, which was unusual for Automizely. Nonetheless, I was able to be helped and eventually received an answer to my question. I'm grateful that Automizely doesn't just say "No" when something isn't available at the moment. It's kind of encouraging that they say they'll forward the concern to the development team which is always adding new/updating features.
