Just set this up, but customer support was helpful and I do think SMS is the future of customer outreach. I was happy to see an easy solution that doesn't require a lot of setup. Very straightforward and integrates with all of their other features, which is really helpful. I just want all things marketing in one place so I don't have to think about it too much...
