I've been looking for a tool to keep in touch with my customers. I want a tool that makes sense with my Shopify store. As we grow we need to keep a "personal" relationship. Ortto is a customer data platform. My shopify data gets pulled in, and Ortto automates responses to customers, and/or alerts to me. I've already sent out email campaigns, added popups to give coupons for subscribing. I'm new to e-commerce and digital marketing, and Ortto makes sense to me. I can do what I need. And support is a GREAT. They walked me through with videos.

Wow, this automation tool is simply amazing! We've seen significant improvements in our open and click rates, as well as cart recovery. And don't even get me started on the incredible SMS feature - it's been a game-changer for us! Plus, the pop-up and email follow-up have helped us gain a ton of new subscribers, which is fantastic! Overall, we're thrilled with this tool and highly recommend it to anyone looking to boost their marketing efforts.

USE IT NOW and IT WILL CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS the tool pay for itself in 5 days, I can't make it stop making money for us, I am surprised how easy connect with all the Shopify stores, track users, cart abandonment, and users that browse our products, and engage them with personalized emails and make them convert. I never see any other automation tool. Ortto Cost paid for itself in less than 5 days generating extra revenue for us.

The app is not well laid out so makes it extremely frustrating to use. 9/10 you will get an error message that something cannot load in the dashboard so it doesn’t work. The customizations are limited. Worst part is after I deleted the app, the pop up remains and it would pop up at such a high frequency customers would get annoyed. So I wasn’t capturing any emails (app was deleted) I was just annoying customers with the pop up. Spent a lot of time getting it sorted - still not fixed but wasted a lot of time and lost sales because of this app.
